January surprises

The January meditation meeting is cancelled. There has been an Unfortunate Incident in the building, which should be remedied in short order. Until that time, individual appointments are fine; group meetings will likely be a bit awkward.

Surprises like this one are always a good reminder that it helps to be flexible; to have a way of finding our center when life hands us a pot of boiled okra.
